The cloud based IT operation can be very difficult to manage, especially if we have more than one cloud provider. A couple of vendors developed multi cloud management software, for example IBM created AIOps and HPE developed Morpheus.

Both solution handles cloud services in a uniform way. It does not matter who is the cloud provider  or what kind of technology is in the background, their users can manage the whole cloud system using the same single pan of glass.

Both IBM AIOps and HPE Morpheus automate the recurring tasks, thus sysadmins can avoid the burdens of the repetitive, boring tasks. Do you need a new application? Choose from the self service menu, send it for management approval, then the product will create the required disks, VLANs, firewall rules and the VM with the application. It does this without human interaction, fully automated.
